About the Event

Join me for a surprise Pop Up Beach Nidra.  Enjoy a relaxing guided yoga nidra, "yogic sleep"  while lying upon the white sand of Sunset Beach.  Bring two (2) beach towels and wear comfortable closes.  Park at the last public parking pavillion on Sunset Beach, walk out to beach, walk south to the gathering.  Open to all levels of experience.
