About the Event
Practice begins with slow non-weight bearing movements to soothe the body. This gentle flowing exploration prepares the body for stillness allowing the mind to dive into a deep meditation. A relaxing guided yoga nidra, "yogic sleep" concludes the practice. Open to all levels of experience.
