Dive into total awareness. Let your story unfold in this deeply meditative practice that focuses on dropping into the body with small , slow repetitive movements. Coordinate the breath with movement to increase range of motion, relieve tension and increase flexibility. Somatic exercises help to unlock the trauma our bodies hold onto due to illness and injury. This practice is appropriate for all levels of practitioners from beginners to advanced yogis and perfect for anyone coming out of an injury.
