Honor your body! Everyday is different and may call for a different practice. After many years of teaching I have found it beneficial to fill my toolbox with the instruments needed to approach each day with a new sense of awareness. Listen to your body and decide which class best suits you today!

Hatha Yoga
Wake up your body with a morning Hatha Yoga class. This alignment based class is the perfect way to kick off your week, stretch you out, improve posture and build strength. Increase flexibility and balance with this ancient practice taught for modern anatomy. Advanced registration required. Class is limited to only 10 participants in studio but is also offered virtually!

Gentle Yoga - Virtual
Join me for a calming class to relax the mind. Journey through gentle stretches to align the heart, body and breath and end with a deep mediation. This gentle yoga practice will help reduce anxiety and chronic pain, increase flexibility and range of motion and create a sense of calm. Advanced registration required.
