About the Event

Join me for a surprise Pop Up Beach Nidra.  Enjoy a relaxing guided yoga nidra, "yogic sleep"  while lying upon the white sand of Sunset Beach.  Bring two (2) beach towels and wear warm, comfortable clothes.  Park at the last public parking pavillion on Sunset Beach, facing the beach there will be a boardwalk on your left.  Take the boardwalk south to the very end.  We will be on the beach by the jetty.  Open to all levels of experience.
