Private Group Yoga

One sure fire way to catapult your practice to the next level is by participating in a private yoga session. Heather Benton, ERYT500, is now offering a 4 week semi-private session for 5 participants at Yoga4All. During this session you will receive hands-on adjustments and personal alignment corrections to suit your body. Often this level of detail cannot be addressed during an open class, a private session could be the opportunity to help deepen your yoga practice. Here is what you need to know:

When: October 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd Time: Thursdays 4:30pm - 5:30pm Cost: $95 for the 4 week session*
