Self Care Sunday

Finally the magic pill you have been searching for to create more peace. Self Care Sunday is a 3 hour tour through the many levels of you. The journey begins with a half hour functional fitness class which will include resistance and strength training. Then take the very much needed time to build inner strength, flexibility and mobility with an extended yoga practice using props to assist and deepen every stretch. Our journey will conclude with a deep meditation to integrate and rejuvenate your total self.

What you need to know:

Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the event start time. Please arrive on time to get checked in. There is no late entry.

This experience will be in studio only. No cameras, no phones. Time to disconnect.
