This workshop focuses on the real pain in the asana, sciatica! Sciatica affects as many as 40% of people in their lives. Learn how to address this very common problem. Join Heather Benton, ERYT500 for an in-depth exploration of this pain pattern. Heather will guide you through yoga postures that help to strengthen and stretch the main muscles causing the symptoms.
