About the Event
Heather Benton, ERYT500, leads this profound practice to calm the mind and open the body this holiday season. During Yin Yoga the poses are held for 3 - 7 minutes to allow the muscles to relax and penetrate the connective tissue of the spine and pelvis. This practice opens the heart, calms the nervous system, and provides space for the body to relax. Yin is open to anyone of any level and a wonderful introduction to meditation. Advanced Registration Required.
