About the Event

Participants will learn easy to follow stretches to help reduce back pain, gain flexibility and increase range of motion.  This gentle practice allows you to open to a deeper understanding of your subtle body and it's many layers.  Participants receive a copy of the sequence to practice at home.  Advanced Registration Required.  Open to all levels of experience.
