Elevate your body, mind, and spirit with medicated movement. Join Heather Benton, ERYT 500 for a relaxing journey through movement to lubricate the joints, stretch the muscles, and calm the mind. Combine gentle movement with medical marijuana to explore new layers of consciousness. Advanced registration required. This recurring monthly event will be available for in studio and online practice. We will begin with a 15-20 minute meet & greet with time to partake in your preferred prescription. BYOM - Bring Your Own Medication. *Must show Medical ID card at door for in studio practice.
